What people bring to coaching
Presentations & leadership
Boardrooms, client pitches, town halls. You want to sound as sure as you are.
Tough talks at work
Raising a concern with your boss, giving honest feedback to your team, or asking for what you deserve.
Fear of public speaking
Your mind goes blank in meetings, on stage or in interviews, even when you know your stuff.
Partner & family
Telling your partner how you really feel, or a hard talk with ageing parents, when the words never come out right.
Starting a difficult conversation
Something is going on between you and someone else. You want to raise it, but don't know how to begin.
Talking to anyone
You freeze after “hello”, or conversations die after two lines. You'd like to keep them going naturally.
How a coaching session works
Tell me the situation
Who it's with, what you want to say, and where you get stuck.
We practise it out loud
I play the other person. You try your words, then try again, in a safe space where mistakes don't count.
Specific feedback
What worked, what to drop, and a better opening line. No theory you'll forget by tomorrow.
Leave ready
You walk away knowing what you'll say first, and how to stay calm if it gets hard.
Coaching or a listening session?
Choose coaching when you want to get better at a conversation: we practise, and I give you feedback.
Choose a listening session when you just want to talk and be heard, with no advice at all.
Questions
Can coaching help with my fear of public speaking?
Yes. We work on the exact moments that scare you, like the first line, a pause, or a question you can't answer, and practise them out loud until they feel normal. Small, repeated practice is what makes the fear shrink.
How do I start a difficult conversation with my partner or family?
In a coaching session we plan your opening line, think through how they might react, and rehearse it together. You leave knowing what you'll say first and how to stay calm if it gets heated.
How is coaching different from a listening session?
In a listening session you talk and I listen, with no advice. In coaching we work actively: we practise, I give you specific feedback, and you leave with words and habits you can use straight away.
Do you coach working professionals and leaders?
Yes. Many people come to prepare for a presentation, a leadership conversation, a salary talk, or difficult feedback for their team. We work on your real situation, not generic tips.
How do I have a difficult conversation with my boss?
Decide the one thing you want them to understand, open with it calmly, and listen before you argue. In a session we rehearse it with me playing your boss, so the real one feels familiar.
Is coaching online or in person?
Online sessions are on Google Meet, so you can join from anywhere in India. In-person sessions happen anywhere in Delhi NCR: Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida and Faridabad. We fix the place together over a call. You'll see both options and their prices when you book.
How many sessions will I need?
That's up to you. You can book one session to prepare for a specific conversation, or come back as often as you like to keep practising.
